Lychee Pop
Rum, lychee liquor, mint and lime
This is a super summery and refreshing drink for the hot days. Lychee is a popular Asian fruit packed with great health benefits. Full of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients such as vitamin C, vitamin B6, niacin, riboflavin, folate, copper, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, and manganese. This drink is all the craze in Thailand right now! Our bartender, Matt took this recipe fresh from his recent holiday.
Lady boy
Beefeater Gin, Cointreau, ginger, lime juice & coconut water
Our in house lady boy is aptly named! The combination of gin and Cointreau with the other fresh ingredients throws you off the scent of what to expect. Gin and Cointreau has that expected bitter citrus tang. We over compensate that with sweet vanilla syrup and the smoothing coconut water so all that is left is a sweet smooth drink with a hint of ginger. This is a cocktail to try in Melbourne!
Ginger boy
Ginger, chili & lemongrass infused Absolut Vodka, raspberry, mint & apple juice
This has a little bit of spice with all things nice! We home infuse Absolut Vodka with fresh cut chili, ginger and lemongrass. The two day process really brings out each ingredients flavours. A mix of the spice from red chili, the warm, spicy bite of ginger (not to mention how good ginger is for you!), and the sharp tanginess of lemongrass. We sweeten this concoction up with a squeezed raspberry puree. Cocktail drinkers have told us that this is a pretty refreshing drink that cuts through the summer heat.
Bookings aren't essential but we get super busy over summer, so do recommend you book a spot to avoid missing out. BOOK NOW

Spices include Sichuan peppercorns, cloves, star-anise, cinnamon, cardamom and of course chillies! Preparation of the pork involves roasting the spice mix before really grinding and then blooming in hot oil allows for maximum flavour extraction. Served with crispy pork skin, pickled red chillies and Thai cashews, this dish is sure to go down very well.
Anise and Mandarin Lamb ribs
Now it might seem odd that a Thai restaurant if offering a Chinese style dish, but actually a lot of the classic dishes change in each part of Thailand due to the rich history of migration and culture. Lamb ribs are marinated and left to allow the rich flavours of star anise, ginger, peppercorns, chilli, onion, garlic and a few other special house ingredients to fully permeate through the lamb. Served with fresh shaved green papaya salad and topped with a tamarind caramel.
Red Duck Curry
Thai red curries are traditionally spicy dishes due to the rich red heat released from the red capsicum, shallots, garlic, spices and crushed chillies. The coconut cream thins out the curry paste but it’s the addition of sweet lychees that help to temper the heat of our fiery red duck curry.
Dessert
Now sharing is caring, especially on Christmas Day. To top off this banquet of delicious food, the team couldn’t decide on just one dessert but instead have opted for a mixed special dessert platter.
